Our 7-day Shine Promise

If we miss part of the cleaning included in your written quote, tell us within 7 days. We will make a reasonable effort to put it right at no extra charge.

How we make it right

1. Tell us

Contact us within 7 calendar days after the service date. Describe the area and send a photo if one helps.

2. We return

We will arrange a return visit to re-clean the affected area included in your written quote at no charge.

3. We resolve it

If we cannot correct a cleaning issue within the quoted scope, we will refund what you paid for the affected service. For a multi-service package, we will identify the affected service value in the written quote.

For the advertised $499 house wash + driveway package, the service values are $363 for the house wash and $136 for the driveway wash. Other bundled quotes will state the service values before work begins.

What this covers: Cleaning work listed in your written quote. It does not cover new dirt or marks after the visit from rain, irrigation, pollen, salt or other causes; pre-existing etching, failed window seals, oxidation, rust or damage; or work outside the quoted scope. Hard-water stain removal and other specialty treatments require a separate quoted scope. We will discuss any limitation with you before charging for added work.
